Lino Lord Coastal Linocut Prints
My art is inspired by the UK's country and coast. This collection is dedicated to the Cornish coastal region.
I use a range of sustainable materials when creating my art. This means you will have peace of mind knowing the art you put on your walls hasn't damaged the environment it depicts.
The wide and diverse range of prints means there is something for everyone. This will make it easy for you to include a coastal or nautical theme in your home.
FAQs
Is Lino Lord based in Cornwall?
Hopefully one day but currently my studio is located in the foothills of the Chiltern Hills in Oxfordshire. However, my prints are sold from several galleries and shops across Cornwall.
How do you create coastal linocut prints?
Linocut prints are created by carving an image into linoleum. The linoleum block is then rolled with ink and pressed against the paper to create the print.
Can I buy limited edition coastal linocut prints?
The majority of my coastal lino prints are limited edition. Most prints are available in a run of 50, with some more exclusive prints available in batches of just 25.
What kind of ink and paper is used for Lino Lord coastal lino prints?
I only use the finest Somerset paper and hand-mixed ink from Cranfield Colours for my prints.
